"Gold Digger"

So right before Christmas, Jerry's ring was getting really loose (like if he swung his arm and wasn't paying attention his ring would go flying) and I had suggested that he get it re sized, but we hadn't gotten around to it. One day, he came home from work and went to shovel the fresh snow and when he came back in and was warming up, he realized that his ring was missing. In a panic, we both went outside searching with flashlights but to no avail. We figured that we would hopefully find it when the snow melted, but I was kind of skeptical. He had been shoveling a lot at work too, so I figured that if we found it, it would be in the Summer and severely misshapen. BUT, the snow is finally starting to melt and when I went home for lunch yesterday, I stepped out of the car and almost onto the grass and I looked down. It was one of those DUH moments where in a split second I thought to myself, "oh there's a ring.......OH THERE'S A RING!!!!!!" I picked it up and clutched it tightly in my hand. I couldn't believe it. It was only about 6 inches away from the sidewalk and who knows how long it had been sitting on the lawn exposed after the snow melted. I could hardly wait to tell Jerry. He was also VERY excited. I still cannot believe that we found it and in good shape too. So, I wouldn't say that I am a "gold digger" but I struck gold in a way by having a higher power guide me and finding Jerry's gold ring.

Holy Moly, what luck!! Yeah, for being a gold digger...usually that is a bad thing (only when the nose is involved).
