Vegas

In September Jerry and I went to Vegas while Michelle was doing her student teaching. Holy moly, it was so crazy. We had never flown and didn't want to drive and it sure was nice getting there in an hour and a half instead of 12 hours. It was so busy. We were there on a fight weekend, so it was busier than usual. We walked the strip once and that was enough. We didn't even go the whole length. We got lost in Caesars Palace and saw some crazy people. It was nice to have Michelle as a tour guide. We were pretty close to the airport, so we would sit in the hot hub at night and watch one plane after the other take off and land. We also went to the Hoover Dam. That was our favorite part. It is such an amazing structure. It was so fun, but it was nice to come home to our quiet town. Here are some pictures from the trip. The Belagio fountain show at nightEven in Sin City, there is the true church...haha.Looking down!!!!Looking up at the ginormous bridge that we just went across.Looking down from the bridge. That is a long way down.
