Obviously this is my first time being pregnant, yay, and I feel totally clueless on what is going on and what to expect. I know most of you have gone through this and I am wondering if you have any tips or suggestions on pregnancy. For example, is it normal to get really, I mean really irritated, upset or passionate about something that is that shouldn't cause a such strong emotions? I am also really forgetful and that is really frustrating.
It seems so un-real right now. I know that it will seem more real when my belly gets bigger and I can feel it moving, but right now it just seems like it is not real. I keep looking at the ultrasound to remind myself that there is something in there.
Well, gotta go. Have a good weekend and thanks to those who leave comments.

Totally normal to all of the above. For me anyway. I have what to expect book if you would like to borrow it. It was always by me when I was pregnant. It is so useful.
It's been a while - but I do remember Bob telling me he was scared a few times, hehehhehe! It is TOTALLY normal - raging hormones honey and I promise it will pass in about 6 months :-( But, by then, all will be forgotten (and forgiven)! Love you
Oh Sweetie, it is so normal for your emotions to be out of whack. Like Aunt Barb said, raging hormones. And the forgetfulness, I never really experienced that, I don't think, wait, maybe I did. I can't remember... I was always tired too. Let me know what I can do for you. Love you, Mom
I agree with Val (and everyone else). You should read "What to expect when you're expecting." I read it ALL the time.
I remember one time I was mad that I had to do my dishes, and I think I was mad about something else, and I threw a glass in the sink and busted it!! Yeah. I still miss that glass.
Normal! I'm sorry to say you won't be "yourself" for a long time, even after the baby comes. Hope you can find time to sleep extra and that you aren't feeling too sick!
